My name is Julie and I am a ceramist.

I have a small pottery studio in Los Angeles called Oxwood Ceramics. All the pieces I create in my studio are either thrown on the pottery wheel, hand-built, or a combination of both. I started Oxwood Ceramics in 2019 while I was a member of a community ceramic studio, and I began selling my work in 2021. In 2023, I built a ceramic studio in my backyard, and that is where you’ll find me most days.
